This is my 4th complimentary service that i purchase from Mazda claremont. Mr Roy(Manager) hands down is the best and very accommodating and i feel comfortable doing business with him, but the service itself is horrible. It was a Hassle seeing which Mazda would take my car besides HB since I live in the IE, it doesn't make sense for me to drive all the way to HB for an oil change I'd waste so much time and Gas. We just recently purchased a 2026 CX70 that was part of car exchange with another dealer. MOC is where we picked up the car. Amir and Andy did such a great job of explaining the entire transaction and later showing us all the bells and whistles (there are plenty) and answered all of our questions. Service department has been good. Haven't had much trouble with our cx-90 phev but when we've taken it for the routine service and the recalls, they do what's needed pretty quick. Can't comment on the sales end much. Don't remember much pressure from sales when I was looking to get into the cx-90 a couple of years ago.

I had previously gone here whenever I suspected I would require preventative maintenance or purchased any used Mazda vehicles. Don't see my representatives. Complete chaotic status updates. From vehicle is ready for pick up to arriving and finding no work was performed. The service manager was extremely cordial and worked to correct. There was a young lady in the service department that was out right rude and confrontational. I'll never go back. Even changing my mind purchasing another Mazda.
